A body found in Round Rock on Friday has been identified as a missing 34-year-old man.
Brayan Ivan Valle Raymundo, 34, was reported missing by Round Rock police on April 5, having last been seen on March 31. His body was discovered in a wooded area north of the QuikTrip at 1540 RM 620, near Brushy Creek, on Friday night. Round Rock police confirmed his identity on Saturday.
An autopsy is being performed to determine the cause of death. (Fox7 Austin)
A welfare call Saturday morning in North Austin quickly escalated into a murder investigation.
The incident occurred near the 12600 block of North Lamar Boulevard and was being investigated as Austin’s 14th homicide of 2025.
