
In women’s college basketball, the top-ranked Texas Longhorns, boasting a 15-1 record, tied No. 6 South Carolina for the SEC regular season title after a win over Florida Sunday. After each team defeated the other during conference play, a coin flip determined tournament seeding.
South Carolina won, securing the No. 1 seed, while Texas will be the No. 2 seed in the March 5th tournament in Greenville, South Carolina.
