* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
The Hill Country is under an Extreme Cold Warning from Tuesday night through Wednesday morning. Austin and Travis County will experience a Wind Advisory during the same period, which will then transition to an Extreme Cold Warning from Wednesday afternoon into Thursday morning.
