Baltimore Police have made a second arrest in connection to a mass shooting that left two people dead and 28 others injured in July, according to authorities.

The charges come more than a month after the July 2 block party shooting in which two were killed and 28 others were injured. There were hundreds of people at the party, and police believe more than a dozen guns were fired, complicating the process of identifying suspects. (Baltimore Banner)
