After Monday’s strong storms, Baltimore Gas and Electric said it is working around the clock to restore power with the help of 1,300 other utility workers from out of state after the utility experienced as many as 120,000 outages. They are working to restore electricity service to 90% of those affected by Wednesday night. As of 4:00am this morning, the utility was reporting more than a thousand active outages with more than 17,000 customers affected. The most affected areas are in Carroll, Harford and Baltimore Counties. (WBAL 1090)
