Jurors deliberating the fate of a sixteen-year-old in the case of a motorist shot to death after an altercation at a downtown Baltimore intersection last summer have been told to keep deliberating by the presiding judge. The jury sent a note asking for written guidance on the definition of a mistrial.

“The verdict must be considered the judgment of each of you. Each of you must decide the case for yourself.”
