Baltimore Police arrested a 17-year-old in connection with last weekend’s deadly mass shooting during a large gathering in Brooklyn Heights. The teen was shot during the incident and has not been charged with shooting anyone nor are authorities saying if they believe he did. The move comes a week after a Baltimore City Circuit Court judge issued a 10-day restraining order against BGE, prohibiting the company from installing external regulators and cutting gas service to homes whose owners do not consent to the regulators. Anne Arundel County police say five people broke into the Marley Station Mall early Friday morning by kicking in a door, then breaking into a new shoe store that just opened last month and stealing boxes of shoes.
