The Red Line project is back on track. A new east-west transit line system abandoned by former Governor Larry Hogan in 2015, the Red Line would connect Bayview Hospital in east Baltimore with Woodlawn in western Baltimore County over a 14.1-mile light rail line. State, federal and local officials led by Governor Wes Moore vowed Thursday to move quickly on its completion.
