Dry conditions and very gusty winds led to several brush fires in Central Texas yesterday as well as scattered power outages.

As of early this morning, almost all Austin Energy customers have their power restored.

Three area wildfires continue to burn this morning.
Texas A&M Forest Service is reporting 34 wildfires/brush fires in Texas this week burning more than 4,400 acres.

Area firefighters and first responders were busy Tuesday as several brush fires broke out in the midst of the RED FLAG WARNING that had been issued.
