In Pflugerville last night, a police officer shot a person who authorities said was “combative” and attempted to steal an unmarked police vehicle. (KXAN-TV)
There’s been a new criminal trend lately called “jugging” and authorities say it happened again yesterday. Austin Police responded on Wednesday to the 7300 block of Inspiration Drive whey they found an 80-year-old man who had been beaten and had his wallet stolen at the entrance of his home after returning from a trip to his bank.
