The mid-Atlantic region could be in for some rough weather later this afternoon as strong storms are expected to move through bringing with them increased chances of flooding and possible tornadoes. The threat for likely severe weather is expected between 2:00pm and 6:00pm for those west of I-95 and between 4:00pm and 9:00pm east of the highway.
