Light Rail Accident in Baltimore County

I just happened upon an incident in Timonium involving a Light Rail train at the Timonium Road crossing near the Fairgrounds.

I see no cars involved so it’s a fair assumption it involves a pedestrian being struck. There have been other incidents in this area recently involving people struck on the tracks.

UPDATE: Person has died from their injuries.

“While the cause remains under investigation, MTA officials indicated possible suicide. The pedestrian’s name was not released.”
